SacACT & UUSS Training “Grassroots Organizing for Environmental and Climate Justice”
Saturday, June 20 • 10 am to Noon

This virtual training is a great way to become familiar with what the SacACT Environmental and Climate Justice committees have been doing recently and also to learn how you can become part of future efforts.

Now more than ever, it is important to come together, build relationships within our community and work to change the societal and governmental systems so that every individual can thrive.

Gabby Trejo, Executive Director of SacACT will be leading the training.  For more information and to register see the attached flyer or click here

Feel free to contact me with any questions.  Hope you wil be able to join us.

General Meeting Update

The pandemic has upended the operations of all faith groups and NGO’s. So the current goal is to update the 1) Resource Guide, 2) the AACFC web site and 3) the AACFC Facebook page.

You should have received a draft copy of the minutes for the April 22 online AACFC meeting. Please review and submit any corrections or additions to Jason Bense or Jim McCormack. In addition please advise if you see any private information that should be excluded from the  minutes before we make the minutes available on the website. It is AACFC policy that no emails, phone numbers or other private contact information be placed on the web site.
