Come celebrate five incredible decades of love, music, inspiration, and spirit-filled work for justice for all God’s children! Jim and Jean have inspired justice seekers across the globe with music that sings of justice, peace, care of creation, and radical welcome for all. Their songs have traveled the world — published in Australia, Canada, Cuba, New Zealand, Nicaragua, the United States, and beyond!
Now it’s our turn to celebrate them — and we’d love for you to be part of it!
Can’t make it in person? No problem — there are so many fun ways to join in the celebration:
- Record your own version of your favorite Strathdee song — solo, group, or choir; audio or video, all welcome!
- Send a short video greeting — share your appreciation or tell a story (funny or heartfelt!) about how Jim and Jean have touched your life
- Mail a note and photos for our memory book
- Record yourself (and your choir) singing along to “Song of Hope” and send it in early so we can create a combined video. Email rschlosser@stmarksumc.com for sheet music, audio track, and instructions.
